Wednesday Schedule 5:15 - 6:00pm Fellowship Meal Each meal will be planned for by our church hostess. There will be a six week menu rotation Each person will contribute to the cost of food. Price yet to be set. Families of 4 or more will have a $12 - $15 limit Individuals and families must pre-register on Sunday before Wednesday Volunteer food prep teams will prepare, serve, and clean up meals on a rotation basis 6:30 - 7:45pm Discipleship Training Discipleship will be on a semester type schedule First series of classes start Wednesday, September 5, 2007 and will end on Wednesday, November 28, 2007 December will be a time of refocusing, prayer, and group Bible study January will be a time for winter Bible study February 6 - May 28, 2008 will be scheduled for the next series of studies Cost of classes will be defrayed by a donation toward the books used in class All ministries and classes are intentional in nature to offer growth opportunity to all who are attending. Classes are purposefully planned to grow in the following areas: Knowing Christ ( Biblical Basics) Growing in Christ ( Discipleship) Serving Christ (Ministry) Sharing Christ (Evangelism)
1. Children’s Ministry Nursery ( Babies - Pre K) Mission Friends (Pre K - Kindergarten) Children in Action (Grades 1 - 3) Teacher: Linda Williams Bible Drill Skills & Thrills (Grades 4 - 6) Teacher: Donna Smith 2. Youth Ministry - Student Discipleship Ministries “Back to Basics” 6 weeks 3. Adult Ministry - the first semester will be a Basics 101 to all who are interested Merging With Mary’s Chapel - Teacher: Pastor Dennis - A class of basics of Christianity that will become the standard for everyone interested in being a part of Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church.
